AMERICARE ATTENDS GOOD HEALTH DAY 2016

NEW YORK – Thousands flocked to the park of the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center on August 10th to celebrate Good Health Day 2016. The fair featured resources and services available in the community dedicated to keeping people healthy and happy in their own homes, and the communities they love. Americare sponsored a booth to showcase our various programs. Many attendees stopped by to inquire about our Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP), which services chronically ill or physically disabled individuals. People were also very interested in our pharmacy and ingenious way of delivering medications. Showing up for this important event is just one of the many ways that Americare continues to serve the community.
